Starting ex-Johannesburg, tours depart Saturdays for a 7 night stay in
Tanzania, during which any of the magnificent hiking routes on Kilimanjaro can
be attempted. (The above special is based on a 6 day Machame/Lemosho climb.) The
climb is followed by an incredible celebratory dinner under the stars of
Kilimanjaro at the private Springlands Hotel in Moshi. The next morning, board
the plane to Livingstone airport in Zambia, from where you will be transferred
to Thorntree Lodge, place of magnificent splendour and beauty. Relax and spend
two glorious nights (Full board) at the lodge, taking in many optional adventure
activities on the river or near the falls. Your stay at the lodge includes a
game drive each day plus a Sunset Cruise on the Zambezi on a day of your choice.
Return to Johannesburg the following day.
