Victoria Falls & Zambezi River
Accommodation - Victoria Falls
A full range of accommodation options from small luxury camps,
to hotels, resort complexes, bed and breakfast and campsites is available in
close proximity to Victoria Falls and Livingstone either in Zimbabwe or
Zambia. Most of these accommodations are quite centralised and the many local
transfer options make Victoria Falls a very easy area in which to get around and
explore. We also recommend several alternate accommodation options in the area -
all reputable at different standards to satisfy almost all tastes and almost any
budget.

A convenient and affordable complex opposite Siloka Island just 4 km upstream
from Victoria Falls.

The Waterfront is the ideal base from which to explore Victoria Falls and
participate in the many activities on offer.
The Zambezi Waterfront offers a full range of accommodation options in cool
and shady surroundings on the riverbank and includes:
- A well serviced campsite downstream of the central complex.
Accommodation for up to 90 guests - ideal for backpackers, overlanders and
self-drive visitors.

Thorntree River Lodge
SafPar's small and secluded deluxe lodge within Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park
15 km upstream from Victoria Falls caters for a maximum of 18 guests.
Thorntree Lodge is almost always visited by guests on our safari circuits
and in itself offers ideal opportunities for excursions into Mosi-O-Tunya
National Park where white rhino, giraffe, impala, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo
and a wide variety of birds are commonly spotted.
