Rental conditions : This is an Equipment Request Form only. Upon receipt of this form from you, Tribe Safari will endeavour to reserve the correct equipment for your climb. Our confirmation of what is available for you, will be sent to you on an Equipment Confirmation Form. Our hire service operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore certain items may not be available in the correct sizes or possibly not at all. It is therefore very important that you submit your equipment request as soon as possible. Only upon receipt of our confirmation to you should any payment into our account be made. Equipment collection and return dates form the most important part of our rental agreement. Please indicate your travel dates carefully as they will determine availability and cost for each individual person. Equipment must be collected in person (or representative) from our offices no earlier than two weekdays prior to your departure, no equipment will be delivered elsewhere. Equipment returned must be delivered in person (or representative) to our offices no later than two normal days after your return date. Late returns will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
